My New Adventure

Let me start with this, I am not a writer. It wasn't until a few weeks ago that I really considered writing a blog in order to let people in on this life adventure.

As many of you know, I am currently taking a DTS through YWAM and am living in a little northern town in Norway called Engavaagen. I have lived here since the beginning of September, and have been loving every moment. As we all live together in one house- it was an old boarding school that my base has rented for almost 20 years now- the last three months have been spent building friendships, having deep conversations, and making memories.

So far, we have already had some interesting adventures, one of which was stuffing thirteen people into a tiny little cabin during one of our track weeks. This was because weather in the mountains is somewhat unpredictable, and it got so windy that we couldn't even put our tents up. But thinking back now, it was a crazy experience that has led to a story I get to tell people. And that's what this year is about. Stories. About doing fun and exciting things, and in turn getting to have a story to tell from it. About telling the stories that God has given me this year; I'm excited! And I can't wait to find out what other stories are out there for me!
