Quick Little Update
For those of you curious, I- along with eight others- spent two and a bit months in Siberia as part of the outreach portion of my DTS. We had two Outreach teams dispatched from out base. One went to Siberia (me!) and the other team went to the Mediterranean. We left Norway on January 7th, and arrived in the city of Krasnoyarsk on January 8th. After a quick nap, we were taken on a tour around the city with the couple who were our contacts. We spent three weeks in Krasnoyarsk, and did a lot of practical work while we were there, such as painting and cleaning, as well as leading a kids club for underprivileged kids. We visited several villages and towns around the city as well, and often spoke at churches or meetings there. We learned quite quickly to be spontaneous, and to be prepared to share at any moment.
